双筒望远镜拆解、擦霉图解

昨天找时间把一架极品7X35拆开来擦霉。先上一张拆之前的档案照，几乎是全新的，背包里还有全俄文的说明书。不过它的主人近三年来只用过两、三次，平时闷在抽屉了，结果长霉了，由我来抢救。

霉在哪里呢？当然是在镜片上而且在内表面，没见过的同志可以参看这张照片，这个霉斑比较典型。

上面的霉在物镜上，还比较新。棱镜上的霉已经很恐怖了。。。[em14]

开始拆了，先用手拧下物镜护圈。镜子上的这个圈都较松，用手即可拧下。

再用游标卡尺旋下物镜的压圈，一般比较紧。没有卡尺用小螺丝刀顶住一个缺口逆时针轻轻打。

旋下压环后，千万不要动下面的物镜。立即用铅笔（涂擦方便，在黑色金属上很明显）在镜筒、定心环、物镜环上做记号，以保证装回后不破坏光轴的平衡（三点仍成一线）。

双调的还好~！军用的多头罗纹就麻烦了~！怎么死的也不知道~！还有分化没有衡压气流工作台几乎不可能搞干净的！

做好记号后，镜筒超下轻轻磕打，定心环（外面的）和镶着物镜片的物镜环（里面的）就会脱出来。如果磕不出来，用小螺丝刀推着两个环转一转，松动了就容易脱出来了。当心！别把镜片摔碎了！

军事迷啊！你用铅笔镜筒、定心环、物镜环上做记号是可以的~但是棱镜动了这个办法就不行了！棱镜有霉一定要下棱镜的~只有调节偏光圈。

拆下来的物镜组件。新同志注意看左下的定心环，其厚度是变化的，随着这个环的转动，和它套在一起的物镜焦点就会移动，当然很小，但足以影响光轴。出厂时这都是调好的，如果要拆就要做好记号。当然如果你自己知道怎么调就无所谓了。

现在开始擦霉。很简单，用擦镜纸蘸着酒精（固体最好）擦就是了。讲究的话室内要先降尘，不然，万一擦的时候镜片上落了个铁屑（运气十分不好），擦完镜片算报废了。我这是长了霉的，死马当活马医，随便擦，哈！好轻松。不过，霉是一擦就掉，但霉对镀膜和镜片的腐蚀，是无法复原的，所以，有霉要马上擦。

擦啊擦，注意擦镜纸除了镜片，哪也不要粘。镜片边缘部位往往有一些密封油之类的东西，粘到了镜片是越擦越糊，千万不要碰到。所以，一般是由中心开始螺旋状往外擦。
擦完后，翻过来用手电侧照检查有没有擦痕（用含水酒精总会有一点），发现了用干的纸擦掉。

哈哈哈，这个我在行呀
其实物镜只要不是双分离的而是双胶合的就不用怎么复杂，直接用管钳把整个物镜端拧下来就可以搽里面的表面了，当然要做标记。这样就不用动什么定心环，物镜环了
还有最好用长纤维脱脂棉来擦，比用镜头纸效果好，随用随换
