我的DIY--望远镜三脚架适配器

我是虫虫

一直以来都想做一个望远镜三脚架适配器来配我的望远镜，但都没有付诸行动。买回65后，玩镜热情又高涨起来，这几个星期，天天一个人在实验室做试验，在取样的间隙，居然又想到这件事。这次说做就做，晚上回家量望远镜尺寸，白天有空就构思结构，几天下来方案基本确定，画好图纸，交附近的一个机械加工厂帮加工，几经修改，终于大功告成。
自认为有以下优点：
1、  通用性好：中轴有螺纹孔的望远镜、只有中轴（轴径16mm以内）的望远镜均适用。
2、  结实、稳定性好，几乎不存在颤抖问题。
3、  使用方便。

在夹轴位置的下方<图中红线处>,粘一0.5_1mm橡胶垫,上方罗丝下再加一 相应的弧型垫片,也粘垫.可能就不伤镜轴了吧.

　　看到自已做东西受到欢迎，心里那个高兴啊！其实这两个东西都还不够完美，除了大家都已发现的会磨损中轴漆面，还有就是铝合金材质的表面容易被硬物划伤，虽不影响使用，但影响美观，而钢质的则难以找到厂家发蓝（量太小），容易生锈，还有一个就是太重，有400g。

一要减重,还有就是增加保护措施,防止磨损中轴

铝合金的不用减重，不到200g ，而钢质似乎也不好减，体积在那儿。
保护措施是应该做，粘这么小的垫片要心灵手巧才行，且粘在锁紧螺杆下的垫片在使用过程中受剪切力容易脱落，要试试才知道。

<>有这么多的人支持，开心死了！！！看来下午要出去跑跑，联系一家便宜的加工厂。</P>
<>现在加工中最大的问题是1/4英寸的螺纹不好加工，很难买到英制的丝锥和板牙，这两个的英制螺纹都是老师傅用车床车出来的，就象用斧头刻字。我原有个想法，如果用8mm的螺杆代替三脚架快装上的1/4英寸螺杆，这样就降低加工难度，稳定性也更好，不过考虑到现在影响整个望远镜支撑系统的稳定性的短板不在适配器上而在三脚架或云台上，而且这样一来通用性就差远了，所以还是采用英制的1/4螺纹。</P>
