~~ 已 向 固 特 异 总 部 投 诉 ~~

中国固特异已经接连两次拒绝了我的索赔请求,那好,我就直接向美国固特异总部写邮件投诉,想必外国客户直接向总部投诉的例子很少见,希望得到美国人的重视,中国企业已经多次置消费者的安全于不顾,眼里只有赚钱,如此无良的企业一定要向它的外国主子告状。看来只有外国人才能管管这些丧尽天良赚黑心钱的吸血鬼。虽然我英语能力有限,但相信美国人应该可以看懂。

投诉函内容如下:

Dear sirs:

I bought a MALIBU car from Chevrolet store in Shanghai in april 2013. Till now it has been drived 25000 km, with good condition in everyday use. In January 3 2015, I found two front tyres was badly worn with peeling, cracking, rubber peeling. Two rear tyres are in good condition. Considering it’s the bad quality issues and I complained with Goodyear (CHINA),claimed for two new front tyres(attached the photos) for two times. But unfortunately, they refused me, what the reason is that the bad tyres is caused by my personal use, not the product quality issues. I am very angry! I have contacted with Shanghai GM, no result also. In china’s some big mainstream media, many people shows that they have successfully claimed the tire of MALIBU. I checked the pictures of their tires, Their damage is the same as mine. My tyres’situation is the same with other people who has been successfully claimed new tyres. So, why refused me?  Now days, I drive my car but feeling unsafely. Please check the pictures again and don't let me down, don’t let all the Chinese drivers down.
