关于近视或远视眼,需要比正常视力多调节的调焦距离。引用CN网友TOMDEY的解答。需要做的调整量为:
dZ = f2D/(1000 - fD) (f 平方 )
dZ 调整量(单位mm),
f 是目镜的焦距(单位mm),
D是屈光度(-1 近视100° -2近视200°,+1远视100°,+2远视200° ......)
Let's suppose that you have the telescope + eyepiece focused ~just so~ with the stars appearing to be infinitely far away, as viewed through the eyepiece, for a person with eye focused on infinity (e.g. someone wearing his good, up-to-date, properly-prescribed and built eyeglasses).
Now he takes his glasses off and returns to the eyepiece.
Question: How far will he have to rack the eyepiece to recover a sharp image?
Answer: He will have to adjust focus by an amount dZ = f2D/(1000 - fD)
where: dZ is the focus adjustment (mm) with + being outward, toward the eye and - being inward, away from the eye
f is the eyepiece focal length (mm)
D is his eyeglass prescription sphere (diopters)
Examples: f D dZ
25 mm -2 -1.19 mm
25 mm +2 +1.32 mm
55 mm -5 -11.9 mm
