[讨论]今天搞到一块420线的CCD准备自制夜视仪

参数：VC-313D 1/3黑白摄像机/420线/电子快门/背光补偿/自动增益/视频、直流自动光圈/12V/0.05LUX ，带一个JAPAN的镜头，上面标的：COMPUTAR 4MM 1：1。2 1/3” CS 镜头上可以调整光圈，焦距也能调整。大家讨论啊！刘哥也来指点一下。

如果这样的话，直接用个低照度的CCD不就可以了吗？比如WATER902H啊什么的？根本不用用红外灯的。

超低照度的摄象机价格十分昂贵，手头只有这种的，理论上应该可以，试制一下吧。

超低照度的摄象机？我最喜欢的902H也就一千多，不会比你的这个更贵的。

0.0001LUX，红外敏感，600线，倭国产。

这也算夜视仪？？？充其量算低照度的电视监视器。我觉得夜视仪怎么也应该有个像增强器吧（微光的）！

昨天晚上小试了一下，CCD确实对红外光十分敏感，这点是CMOS所不及的。原来我一直认为CMOS的对红外光比较敏感。CCD在全黑的状态下接受遥控器的信号象手电筒的光一样，但是照射物体就不行了，可能需要多个SE303阵列才可以。下一步我准备搞个100只红外发射管的阵列，试试效果。

想做红外灯！简单，买块红外滤镜罩在电筒前面就成了，光力肯定比红外发射管强多了！

装配起来了，就差红外灯了。没有费什么力气就找到VIDEO IN了，我拆掉了一台老式摄象机，还可以再简化一下的。

经过精简后的小监视器，HITACHI的好象是2。5寸的黑白的。

刚测了一下电流，CCD消耗100MA，监视器消耗200MA。体积功耗都不是很满意。

参照物：躺着的是NOKIA6110，立着的是MOTOROLA V8088。
