终于把钱要回来了,之前买的MINOX1025,是德国亚马逊自营直邮的,退货后,只返还了我8欧的运费,我从国内寄到德国,花了52欧,又找他们chat,拿出证据和他们的返还运费承诺(邮件),终于来信说补了,所以退货很麻烦的,还是自营直邮+卖方差错。如果是第三方的或者转运的,估计简单的方法就是当二手卖掉。所以一旦有问题,除非明显运输损坏,否则代购也很麻烦。

Completed refunds information can be viewed when you visit "Mein Konto" at the right top of any page on our website (http://www.amazon.de). Please click on "Meine Bestellungen" and sign in with your e-mail address and password. Then press on "Bestelldetails anzeigen" next to the relevant order. The refund information will be visible underneath the heading "Gutschriften" at the bottom of the order's summary page.
I know from experience that it may take a while for the refund to show on your bank or credit card statement.
