是M18*1.5，用板牙加工。

保护措施是应该做，粘这么小的垫片要心灵手巧才行，且粘在锁紧螺杆下的垫片在使用过程中受剪切力容易脱落，要试试才知道。

缺点之一是边缘象锯片，易伤人。

缺点之二是锁紧螺母体积太大，中轴长度小的望远镜不适用。

您说的情况可以这样解决：

>wbw2001设计得很秀气，把工艺完善，再精美一些（特别是焊接部分），配一些小巧精致的镜子就很协调。成本暂时降不下来不要紧，可以走高端路线，关键要精致。

确实存在这个问题，上次忘说了。钢的还可以，如果是铝合金的，恰好碰到螺纹，摔一次可能就有可能拧不顺了。

用的是型铝，如果是压铸的话，就看不出焊接的痕迹了。
因为是自用，所以就尽量忠实于原设计了。
