红星标，内调焦结构，光学非常不错，黄锐风格。带有倒T分划，没有油滴油雾，附件滤镜也没有开封，原厂说明书还在还是英文的，说明书上的编号和镜子号一致。非常好的日用镜子，我比较喜欢这个红星版很有特色。

Actually, "the red star" BPO 7X30 appeared in the mid-90-ies, and were identical to the military B7X30. It was said they did not undergo such severe tests as their military twin brothers, and were branded in a different way plus the red star, which made them very popular in the West as "tank binoculars"...though they had nothing to do with armored detachments. At the same time, MP 8X25 KOMZ monoculars with red star entered the market, too. Nowadays, both "red star" devices are collectable and not common...later on, BPO 7X30 were already made with the new civilian eyepieces and without red star.

What is the red star for China? In USSR it was one of the symbols of the Soviet army. So, in post USSR Russia they marked the civilian B3X30 with a red star for the western market...as it was recognizable as a symbol of the Soviet empire...Marketing, nothing more...
